This year’s Luis Torregrosa Inter-Casino Golf Tournament was held on June 14th at Palmas del Mar, Humacao. It was a resounding success thanks to Carl Kortum and his organizing committee. Once again the tournament raised an incredible $100,000 for new scholarships. Our golfers were challenged by the two courses and the rain but from their animated conversations and enthusiasm they truly enjoyed playing in the tournament.
Trophies and awards were given during the lunch following the tournament and the Scholarship Foundation was presented with the $100,000 check. Eduardo Marti and A-ON Risk Services of Puerto Rico were Title Sponsors of the 17th Annual Luis Torregrosa Inter-Casino Golf Tournament, one of Puerto Rico’s premier golf tournaments.
