Requiremements:

Hotel & Casino Management Candidates:Must be enrolled in a four year Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited institution of higher learning on the United States mainland.
Culinary Candidates: Must be accepted in to an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program at one of the well-known, accredited culinary schools on the United States mainland.
Master degree candidates: Must have a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality industry after receiving a Bachelor’s degree. May study in the field of interest (finance, human resources, business administration, accounting, etc.) in selected schools in Puerto Rico or on the United States mainland.
